Wellness and Clinical Behavioral Health
Personal Accountability
The foundation for real, lasting change! This service helps clients identify patterns that no longer serve them and learn practical tools for taking ownership of their choices, behaviors, and goals. Through guided reflection, supportive coaching, and evidence-based strategies, clients build confidence, strengthen decision-making, and develop a healthier relationship with themselves. Accountability becomes empowerment — not punishment — giving clients the structure they need to create the life they want.
Spiritual Alignment
Reconnect with the deeper parts of yourself — the values, beliefs, and inner wisdom that guide your path. This is not tied to any specific religion; instead, it supports clients in exploring meaning, grounding practices, self-awareness, and emotional balance. Through mindfulness, reflective exercises, and holistic insight, clients cultivate inner peace and clarity. Spiritual alignment helps clients feel centered, supported, and aligned with who they truly are.
Reconnect With Purpose
Designed for individuals who feel disconnected, stuck, or unsure of their direction. Using a strengths-based and trauma-informed approach, this service helps clients rediscover what matters most to them — their passions, values, dreams, and long-term goals. Together, we create a personalized roadmap that turns purpose into action. Clients leave feeling renewed, motivated, and capable of moving their lives forward with intention.

Clinical Creditability meets Feminine Wellness
My mission is simple: to help women heal deeply, recover fully, and rise boldly!”
“I’m a woman in long-term recovery who transformed my own healing journey into a calling to help other women find emotional sobriety, clarity, and purpose. I currently work as a Residential Therapist and am also a Certified Peer Recovery Specialist, bringing both clinical skills and lived experience to my work. I’m earning my Master’s in Social Work, continually expanding my ability to support women with compassion, structure, accountability, and evidence-based practices. I have a natural ability to care, lead, guide, and walk alongside others as they reclaim their lives, rebuild their confidence, and step into their highest selves.

Our Consulting Process
Our five-step consultation begins when a woman in recovery reaches out to schedule a confidential intake; from there we complete a trauma-informed, strengths-based assessment that maps her history, current challenges, and supports. Using that intake, we co-create a personalized wellness and clinical strategy that blends practical accountability, emotional-regulation skills, and optional spiritual alignment to support long-term sobriety and mental wellness. Together we set clear, measurable goals and identify the small, sustainable steps and resources needed to reach them. Finally, we provide a written follow-up plan, arrange ongoing support, and schedule next steps so each client leaves with a compassionate roadmap and the structure needed to keep moving forward.
Initial Inquiry & Scheduling
Clients reach out through the website or phone to request a consultation. We gather basic information, clarify needs, and schedule a convenient time for the first session.
Comprehensive Intake Assessment
During the initial consultation, we explore the client’s goals, challenges, and history using a trauma-informed and strengths-based approach. This includes reviewing wellness habits, behavioral patterns, and any clinical concerns to get a clear picture of their current situation
Personalized Wellness & Behavioral Strategy
Based on the assessment, we outline a customized plan that integrates accountability practices, emotional regulation tools, spiritual alignment (if desired), and clinical behavioral health strategies. Clients receive clear recommendations tailored to their needs.
Collaborative Goal Setting
Together, we define measurable, realistic goals that support the client’s long-term growth. We identify what changes they want to make, what resources they need, and what steps will guide their progress. This step ensures direction, clarity, and shared understanding.
Follow-Up Plan & Next Steps
Clients receive a clear roadmap for moving forward. This includes recommended services, session frequency, supportive tools, and next steps. We schedule the next appointment and ensure the client feels supported, grounded, and prepared to begin their wellness journey.
What types of issues do you help women with?
I support women navigating substance use recovery, trauma-related symptoms, anxiety, depression, relationship patterns, and life transitions. Sessions focus on emotional stability, accountability, relapse prevention, and rebuilding confidence and purpose.
What can I expect during the first session?
Your first session is a gentle, trauma-informed intake where we explore your goals, challenges, history, and strengths. There is no judgment or pressure — the purpose is to understand what you need and create a personalized plan for recovery and wellness.
Is this coaching, therapy, or a combination?
Services blend behavioral health coaching, recovery support, and holistic wellness guidance. While not a substitute for clinical psychotherapy, the work is evidence-informed and complements treatment, therapy, and aftercare plans.
How often do we meet and how long does it take to see progress?
Most clients start with weekly or biweekly sessions, depending on their goals and stability. Many women begin noticing shifts — more clarity, less chaos, better boundaries — within a few weeks, and deeper transformation builds over time with consistency.
Do you offer virtual appointments, and is everything confidential?
Yes. All sessions are offered virtually for convenience and privacy. Your information is protected and confidential, and nothing is shared without your written permission, ensuring a safe and supportive space to heal and grow.
