This is an example page. It’s different from a blog post because it will stay in one place and will show up in your site navigation (in most themes). Most people start with an About page that introduces them to potential site visitors. It might say something like this:
Hi there! I’m a bike messenger by day, aspiring actor by night, and this is my website. I live in Los Angeles, have a great dog named Jack, and I like piña coladas. (And gettin’ caught in the rain.)
…or something like this:
The XYZ Doohickey Company was founded in 1971, and has been providing quality doohickeys to the public ever since. Located in Gotham City, XYZ employs over 2,000 people and does all kinds of awesome things for the Gotham community.

I am a woman in long-term recovery, almost four years sober, who turned my healing journey into a calling to help other women find emotional sobriety, clarity, and purpose. I began drinking at 15 and spent many years living with the consequences of alcohol and unhealthy decisions. Sixteen years later, I made the choice to stop for good—and that decision changed everything. Today, I choose love, and I choose life.
Sobriety has strengthened my relationship with my two sons, now 17 and 13, and given me a deeper understanding of who I am. It’s opened doors I never imagined—from writing and publishing my book Sober Is My Superpower, to working directly with women seeking long-term recovery.
I currently serve as a Residential Therapist and Certified Peer Recovery Specialist, combining clinical skills with lived experience to support women in transformational ways. I am also pursuing my Master’s in Social Work to further expand my ability to guide women through healing, accountability, and personal growth.
Beyond my clinical work, I am a writer and poet who finds joy in creativity, movement, exercise, reading, and lifelong learning. I am an active member of the AA community and believe in doing something for my recovery every single day.
My mission is to walk alongside women who are ready to rebuild their lives, restore their confidence, and step into their highest selves. TripodOne LLC is the space where I pour my gifts, my experience, and my heart into helping women rise—one day, one choice, and one transformation at a time.
